A Warm Hello from Wellbeing4Life & Martin Mustafa

Hi everyone and welcome to my website. My name is Martin, and I am the owner and founder of Wellbeing4Life. I created this website to help others transform into a fitter, stronger, leaner, happy, healthier, and more confident individuals. I am fed up seeing and hearing other trainers selling a false promise to people. Getting their hopes up only for them to come crashing down when it’s unsustainable.

“Rome wasn’t built in a day.”

Remember the saying “all good things come to those who wait” Well, in my opinion, it is better to take a holistic approach. Every aspect of life needs to be looked at to get the results you are after, only then will success come and be maintained. I should know I have learnt the hard way.

A Personal Message from Martin

“On February 14th, 2005, I woke up after a night out at a Tsunami fundraising event. I had a terrible headache and dizziness as I’d never before experienced. It wasn’t a hangover: I’d hardly had anything to drink. My GP diagnosed a virus called labyrinthitis. After a lot of suffering and various tests with so-called experts, I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I was laid off work for two years, and life was pretty crap to be quite frank. Financially, physically, emotionally and mentally, I was in a difficult situation. From this experience, I appreciate how hard life sometimes can be. However, I didn’t let the illness define me. It just spurred me on to be better.”

Discovering Hidden Strengths

During this period, it was also very enlightening, and I found strengths I didn’t know I had. Looking back, this was one of the best moments of my life. Being forced to re-evaluate my life, who I was, what I wanted, and how I was going to go about it, it was incredibly revitalising and liberating. I now have the confidence, the self-belief to achieve my goals and to get my life back on track.

The Journey Continues

My motto is ‘life is a marathon, not a sprint’ and so I know I’ll get there with stamina and focus. The accumulation of stress from the virus and chronic fatigue syndrome caused issues with my Adrenal glands and Thyroid, which certainly had me struggling with my weight and fitness goals. Thankfully through nutritional education and a specialist Doctor, I found a way to address those issues through a tailored diet and exercise programme. I say I am a work in progress. I know how hard it can be when you are not happy with yourself. This why I created Wellbeing4Life.

What I’d like you to know is that I do what I do because of the journey I’ve been through. That’s precisely why I am so passionate about helping people transform themselves through a bespoke programme combining nutrition and exercise. I approach Health, Nutrition and Exercise from a Holistic perspective. I believe this is the way to change organically.
